Radio City (Music Broadcast Pvt Ltd/ was a leading network of Radio Stations. Started my role as the head of operations for brand as well as client campaign, took charge of the role of a Business Head with the department's Revenue and P&l Responsibility.

Introduced the concept of NTR (Non-Traditional Revenue) and successfully rolled-out highly profitable projects across the country. Created IPs as part of a sustained, long-term revenue strategy.

Scaled-up the mere 2-member team to over 35 in just a few months. Defined processes for seamless operations.
